The Population Genetics Group (or PopGroup, or PGG) is an annual meeting of population and evolutionary geneticists held in the UK since 1968. The meeting showcases population and evolutionary genetics from across the world, and has a reputation for being a collegiate, welcoming and inspiring event. Many postgraduate researchers give their first ever conference talk at PopGroup.
The University of Glasgow is delighted to be hosting the 60th Meeting in 2027.
The last time PopGroup was held in Glasgow was in 2012 and we look forward to welcoming many of you back to Glasgow.
2027 Organising comittee: Arne Jacobs, Kathryn Elmer and Barbara Mable.
